APSC CIS
CIS works closely with all APSC faculty instructors. We can take care of your course-related requests, find resources for you, and escalate your request to the appropriate campus-level support.

- Learning technology (Canvas, Zoom, iPeer, etc.)
- Course requests (creating, copying, or cross-listing a course)

LT Hub
LT Hub is a central unit that supports the UBC community in using learning technology. They welcome your questions in areas such as:
- Learning technology maintenance (e.g. pages not loading, uploading errors, recovering data, etc.)
- Learning analytics
- UBC blogs and WordPress
UBC IT
UBC IT is a service organization that provides support for the UBC community’s online services and software. They can help with issues such as:
- Accounts and passwords
- Email, voice, and internet
- Canvas, survey tools, and Zoom
AV Services
AV Services maintains and supports presentation systems and remote conferencing units in learning spaces and meeting rooms across campus. They can help in areas such as:
- Classroom projectors
- Live event recording and webcasting
- Events and equipment rentals
